You can visit our Website without registering for an account. When you decide to provide us with your personal information, you agree that such information is sent to and stored on our servers. We collect the following types of personal information: 

• RedTribune collects personal information when you register with RedTribune, when you use RedTribune services, when you visit RedTribune pages. 
• When you Place an Ad we ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number, etc.
• When you facilitate your transaction, payment processors may collect credit card information. 
• RedTribune automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, RedTribune cookie information, and the page you request.
• RedTribune uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal purposes.
• By providing RedTribune your email address, you consent to our using the email address to send you Service related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. You may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.
• We may use your email address to send you other messages, such as newsletters, job alerts for employment and resume postings or special offers. • RedTribune uses Google Analytics to collect data for Display Advertising, Site usage, Demographics and Interests reporting. The demographics data would be used to optimize our service delivery to make our offerings relevant to the audience.
• RedTribune system and its approved affiliates, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies together to obtain reports on how advertising campaigns perform, and your reaction to these campaigns.

3. Cookies

RedTribune uses "cookies" in connection with the web browser for optimum usage of the site. A "cookie" is a small piece of data coming from our web server that is stored in the user's hard drive or other storage device. The user may choose to disable or adjust enabled cookies accordingly by configuring their web browser. However, disabling or deleting cookies may result in the unavailability of some functions and features of the website.

RedTribune uses cookies to remember the last activity of the user on the website, for the user's own convenience. This applies in terms of saving the user's details (username and password) and settings on applications. Cookies are used to identify the used computer. No personal data except the users IP-address is saved. RedTribune does not use technology that may combine information obtained by cookies with personal user data, so as to detect the identity or email address of users.

RedTribune does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies. We may offer sign-on Services that enable you to access the Website or related websites with your login credentials. We can also offer Services that enable you to share information with third party social media websites, such as Facebook, Google Plus and Twitter. 

If you provide us access to personal information stored on third party websites, the scope of access to this personal information shall vary per website and will be determined by both your own browser settings and your consent. If you wish to connect your third party account to your RedTribune account and you consent to us accessing the information in these third party accounts, you agree that we can collect, use and store information from this third party website in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

5. Confidentiality and Security

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you. Your RedTribune Account Information is password-protected. 6. Using Information from RedTribune Website

You may use personal information gathered from RedTribune website only to follow up with another user about a specific posting, not to send spam or collect personal information from someone who hasn’t agreed to that.

7. Public Access

The information that you provide when you post a discussion forum topic, comment, rate other members, and respond to ratings that others have given you, is posted in public areas and available to all visitors. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information, so please exercise caution.

8. Children

This Site is not intended for children under the age of 16 nor does the Site knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. The Site does not orient this Site toward children or target them as an audience, nor does it screen them from using the Site. Some of the material on this Site is for mature audiences, and parents and guardians should take responsibility for monitoring their children’s use. The Site does not collect or distribute information indicating whether a user is a child.

Only you, or someone you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete your data. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf by providing written permission signed by you.

We will need to confirm your identity before processing your request by asking you to log into your existing account (if you are a registered user) or by asking you for additional information, such as a government issued ID, to confirm your identity against information we have already collected.

If you are a registered RedTribune user under the age of 18, you may request (via support@redtribune.com) and obtain removal of content or information publicly posted on RedTribune. Please note that removal does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of said content or information from the Internet.

RedTribune may update this policy at any time.  We will post any revisions on this site.
