I’m a kind and nurturing home, older bones of solid and luminous peeks of sunshine, an old soul, a protector. I’m modest. My vibe is appreciative, quirky, artsy, organic, and green. Energy flows throughout my rooms to uplift on bad days and celebrate good days. I have many pockets for your treasures, tall ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a magical screened back porch with Concord grape vines to further cherish your spoken/unspoken tales and dreams. I have a lush garden, fire pit and even dog run, all ready to set to your intentions. Hawks visit from time to time, a cherished and breathtaking event, every time. My rooms for sleep offer lovely space, wood floors and many songs of birds on a tree lined street. I’ve been praised for good light as it feeds clarity and energy. My last two families spent time in the kitchen with new appliances and granite counters. My chefs create with the back door open for further inspiration and connection to the outdoors. I have a gem woodshop for creation or any kind. I have served children in their innocence, imaginations, and thirst for knowledge in our together. That is true for adults, inspiring happiness in business and personal. Many found independence and manifested successful entrepreneurial adventures. My location is a stone’s throw to the beautiful Humboldt park, 606 trail at the end of the street, and a 10 minute walk to my ever growing and bustling Armitage row that holds awarded restaurants, breweries, ice cream, organic/vegan groceries, cocktail bars, bakeries, and even a post office/grocer (24/7 at that). The biggest gift I possess to share is, when humans understand me and decide to call me home, they receive not only a key to me but also into their deeper selves.
